Aeroo Protect is a comprehensive protection for your Aeroo Pro, offering a low-cost, express replacement in the event of any accidental damage, water damage and even loss in flight.
Activation Process
1. Aeroo Protect Number will be shown on your Tax Invoice

NOTE: The form must be submitted before activation or within 48 hours of activation.
If the customer wants to bind Aeroo Protect after 48 hours, they must contact our support and submit relevant pictures and flight logs.
What Aeroo Protect Covers
Aeroo Protect is a comprehensive additional protection plan that sits on top of the standard manufacturer warranty, giving customers a low-cost replacement option and repair support for accidental issues.
Covered Scenarios:
✅ Collision Damage – Drone damaged from impacts or crashes.
✅ Water Damage – Protection in the event of water ingress, including splashes or submersion.
✅ Lost in Flight / Fly-Away – Covers loss of the aircraft during normal use (flight logs required).
✅ Natural Wear & Tear – Covers failure of components from normal usage over time.
🔄 Replacement & Repair Benefits
Low-Cost Replacement
If an incident occurs, customers can obtain one discounted replacement drone (same model) for a fixed fee depending on the type of loss:
- Collision: ~$89 AUD
- Water Damage: ~$199 AUD
- Lost in Flight: ~$299 AUD

Discounted Repairs
If customers don’t want a replacement, or after they use their replacement benefit, Aeroo Protect gives access to discounted repairs via an authorised service centre during the coverage period.
📆 Warranty Extensions
- Replacement drones supplied under the Aeroo Protect plan receive a new 12-month warranty from the date of replacement.
• If the replacement option isn’t used within the Aeroo Protect term, customers may receive an additional 12-month extended warranty on the original drone.
📌 How It Works
- Submit a repair or replacement request via the Aeroo support page.
- Send in the drone for assessment.
- Aeroo assesses and processes the claim with fixed replacement fee if applicable.
- Receive repaired or replacement unit with express turnaround.
Aeroo Protect must be purchased before activating the drone — it’s linked to your drone’s serial number and only valid for one use of the replacement benefit.
