DJI SDR Transmission 2 Combo
The DJI SDR Transmission 2 Combo delivers high-quality, low-latency wireless video transmission for professional filmmaking, production and monitoring applications. With two switchable transceivers included, the Combo provides a complete transmitter and receiver solution straight out of the box.
DJI has upgraded its SDR transmission technology with higher image quality, improved interference resistance, greater transmission range and flexible multi-device operation.
DCI 4K/60fps Wireless Video Transmission
DJI SDR Transmission 2 supports wireless transmission at up to DCI 4K/60fps with 10-bit HDR.
Using H.265 video encoding and a maximum encoding bitrate of up to 50 Mbps, the system delivers detailed, high-quality monitoring for demanding production environments.
Up to 4 km Transmission Range
The DJI SDR Transmission 2 offers a maximum transmission distance of up to 4 km, measured under CE compliance in an open, unobstructed and interference-free environment.
Minimum video transmission latency can be as low as 35 ms, helping operators maintain responsive monitoring and control during dynamic filming.
Switchable TX and RX Design
Unlike traditional systems with dedicated transmitters and receivers, each DJI SDR Transmission 2 unit can operate as either a TX transmitter or RX receiver.
This flexible design allows operators to configure equipment to suit changing production requirements without having to purchase dedicated TX and RX units.
The Combo includes two transceivers, providing a complete TX and RX setup.
One Transmitter to Eight Receivers
A single transmitter can send video to up to eight receivers, with remote control available at each receiver.
For larger productions, DJI SDR Transmission 2 supports multiple transmission groups. Up to five transmitters and 40 receivers can operate simultaneously under suitable conditions.
This makes the system suitable for directors, camera operators, focus pullers, production teams and other crew members who require access to the camera feed.
Auto Channel 2.0
DJI’s upgraded Auto Channel 2.0 technology automatically scans the wireless environment and coordinates frequencies between connected transceivers.
The system can automatically change frequencies as interference conditions change, helping maintain a stable video connection when several wireless systems operate within the same production environment.
Fast Camera Switching
DJI SDR Transmission 2 supports pairing-free camera switching, allowing operators to move between available camera feeds quickly.
This provides greater flexibility on multi-camera productions where directors or crew members need to monitor different cameras throughout a shoot.
Flexible Monitoring Options
DJI SDR Transmission 2 supports several professional monitoring configurations.
Video can be monitored through compatible HDMI, DisplayPort via USB-C and USB-C devices. A receiver can also connect directly to a compatible smartphone or tablet through USB-C for monitoring with the DJI Ronin app.
An optional DJI SDR Transmission 2 Expansion Plate adds SDI connectivity and additional professional video outputs.
DJI Ronin Integration
DJI SDR Transmission 2 integrates with selected DJI Ronin equipment, including:

When used with compatible DJI RS stabilisers, operators can access functions including wireless gimbal movement, Force Mobile, virtual joystick control and gimbal recentring through the DJI Ronin app.
Additional control cables may be required depending on the stabiliser.
Multiple Power Options
DJI SDR Transmission 2 supports several power sources for flexible use on set.
The transceiver can operate from compatible NP-F batteries, USB-C PD power or compatible DJI Ronin stabilisers.
Each transceiver weighs approximately 136 g including antennas, helping keep camera and gimbal configurations lightweight.
