If you bought your drone from Drone Shop Perth, or online from this website, the repair may be covered under warranty if the issue is not due to user error (such as crashing into a tree). If you did not buy the craft from us, then you will need to return it to the original retailer for warranty cover*.
- Fill in the form completely, and submit.
- Export all the flight log of the aircraft to us.
- Download DJI Assistant2 from DJI website and install on your computer. DJI Assistan2 Data Upload
- Please upload flight log files to online drive (such as google drive) and share a link with us.
Upload flight records via the DJI GO app: (how to synchronize the flight record in three steps)
- Open DJI Go 4 app
- Click the shaped icon at the top right corner of the screen to view the flight log page
- Click the star-shaped icon associated with the relevant flight logs to save them to the app. Then click the cloud-shaped icon on the top right side of the screen to upload them.
