Activation Process
1. Aeroo Protect Number will be shown on your Tax Invoice

NOTE: The form must be submitted before activation or within 48 hours of activation.
If the customer wants to bind Aeroo Protect after 48 hours, they must contact our support and submit relevant pictures and flight logs.
What Aeroo Protect Covers
Aeroo Protect is a comprehensive add-on protection plan that sits on top of the standard manufacturer warranty, providing customers with a low-cost replacement option and repair support for accidental damage.
Covered Scenarios:
✅ Collision Damage – Drone damaged from impacts or crashes.
✅ Water Damage – Protection in the event of water ingress, including splashes or submersion.
✅ Lost in Flight / Fly-Away – Covers loss of the aircraft during normal use (flight logs required).
✅ Natural Wear & Tear – Covers failure of components from normal usage over time.
🔄 Replacement & Repair Benefits
Low-Cost Replacement
If an incident occurs, customers can obtain one discounted replacement drone (same model) for a fixed fee, depending on the type of loss:
- Collision: ~$89 AUD
- Water Damage: ~$199 AUD
- Lost in Flight: ~$299 AUD

Discounted Repairs
If customers don’t want a replacement, or after they’ve used their replacement benefit, Aeroo Protect provides access to discounted repairs through an authorised service centre during the coverage period.
